Ralf Ellspermann, Co-Founder & CSO
Ralf Ellspermann is the Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Stratforce. Ralf brings a wealth of search marketing experience to the company. His focus at Stratforce is to drive the company’s strategic direction and to oversee all operational aspects of the firm. His broad experience base in delivering results-driven, strategic search and social marketing solutions gives him a unique perspective of the most pressing concerns of marketing executives as well as business owners today: maximized visibility, traffic, conversion and return of investment (ROI).
Apart from his role at Stratforce, Ralf is the CEO at PITON, a leading Manila-based BPO consulting firm. PITON is the exclusive partner and representative of Stratforce in the Philippines.
Ralf studied International Marketing with focus on Japan at the Ludwisghafen School of Business (East-Asia Institute) in Ludwigshafen a. Rhein, Germany. He is a part of the Kienbaum Executive Consultants High Potential Pool and received a scholarship from the DAAD for his studies in Morioka
(Iwate Ken) Japan.
Reggie Santiago Co-Founder & CMO
Reggie Santiago is the Co-founder & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Stratforce. As the CMO, Reggie is responsible for driving Stratforce’s market and brand strategy, lead generation, and communications. Reggie brings more than 10 years of experience in successfully implementing marketing strategies for multinational firms in the US (IBM) and Europe (SIEMENS) to the company. His day-to-day responsibilities include brand creation and development , as well as the design and implementation of all on- and offline marketing programs for new customer acquisition and brand awareness.
Prior to the founding of Stratforce, Reggie was the VP of Sales and Operations of a Business Process Outsourcing firm in the Philippines.
Reggie holds a BS Marketing, MA Education and MBA. He’s studied at Northwestern University, Chulalongkorn University (Thailand), Meiji University (Japan) and San Jose State University (US).
